A “toss-up” is always a hard thing to deal with. When presented with a “toss-up” it’s always hard to make a choice. You can use “toss-up” to describe any situation in which you’re having trouble deciding between two things because they are almost the same. For example, if there are two movies that you want to see equally, but you only have time to see one movie, it’s a “toss-up” which one you should see. You’ll just have to choose one of them and hope that you’re making the right decision.
